WORKSHOPS
West Wales School of the Arts, Carmarthen – 2004
Derek Shiel has taken workshops with adults, students at universities, art colleges and secondary schools, creating scores, rehearsing and performing their own compositions or improvisations. He has also worked with primary schoolchildren, making, playing and performing on their own sound sculptures or varied recycled materials.
